budget can be allocated on a Campaign Level. (By default, all Campaigns are
created as Budget Controlled.)

budget is allocated to each Communication. When Communications reach budgetary
limit specified on a Campaign level, no more Communications can be associated
with a Campaign, unless the budget limit is increased. The UTMS Administration
and Security model allows you to set up roles and responsibilities in such a

terms of statistical analysis of your budget spending, various reporting is
